Finally, it was time to present the new and fresh, Nutri-List. Everyone in the group had dressed up in order to fulfill the professionalism part of the rubric. We all felt confident and ready to give the best presentation possible. Confidence is known to have a greater effect on a presentation (Ravenscraft, 2013). As a group, we knew what we had to say, how to say, and who’s going to be talking. The TV was working perfectly, so we didn’t want to worry about the live demo so much. Everything was going as planned until a little incident occurred.
Little did we know, the live demo of the app wouldn’t cooperate. For some odd reason, the TV and phone didn’t want to connect with each other. We were all so shocked and disappointed, at that moment, we knew things just went wrong. The website presentation went so well, but the live demo at the end kind of ruined us. At the end, we were given an 83% which was a little disappointing. Luckily, we had a 5 points extra credit which boosted our grade up to an 88%. The Nutria Company now has the highest grade in the entire Capstone 2 class.
