Major Setback?

Capstone Science Exhibition Night was finally upon the Nutria Company. The time slot that the Nutri-List was given was 5:45 p.m. in the Black Box. Each Capstone company will each be given 15 minutes to present. The 15 minutes includes the introduction, presentation, as well as questions towards the end. However, Mr. Jackman had specifically given the Nutria Company a new set of rules. The rules stated that he’d prefer if the Nutri-List presentation was under 6 minutes so that no matter what, there will be time for questions and answers.

Before it was time to present, the Nutria Company came together earlier to practice what was going to be said. Unfortunately, presenting in the Black Box was going to be much more difficult than anticipated. Since the Nutria Company wasn’t allowed to present using Google Slides/ Powerpoint, we were going to present Nutri-List with our website. What we didn’t know was that the Black Box was set up in a way that was meant for Google Slides/ Powerpoint.

Since we weren't going to able to use a clicker to navigate through the presentation, the Nutria Company had to figure out a way to navigate the website as well as present orally to the audience. The only solution that was thought of was that a member was going to have to control the website as the other two members would be presenting. So, throughout the presentation, we were going to have to each control the website as well as present our parts. This was going to be a challenge.
