SURPRISE!

It has been a while since there have been group presentations, so of course, Mr. Jackman (Capstone 2 Teacher) had to assign us a day to present. Since it out was of nowhere and we weren’t all that prepared to present, Mr. Jackman offered extra points to the groups that decide to present the day after. Obviously, the Nutria Company heard extra points so we were definitely going to volunteer to present. Although, our presentation requirements weren’t all met yet, we knew we could easily pull through.

Indeed that’s what we did, we spent the entire class period preparing our website and gathered our results. To split up the required work, Joel Monge, Nutria’s Director of Public Relations was going to be in charge of gathering the survey results as well as finishing a blog post. Dominic Anaeto, Nutria’s Director of Technology was in charge of editing and finishing the timeline which had to include the data analysis plan. Finally, Allen Vo, Nutria’s Chief of Operating Officer was in charge of writing out the data analysis as well as turning the results into visuals.

Surprisingly, this time, Mr. Jackman only allowed the groups to present for a maximum of 3 minutes. This was quite a shock because the Nutria Company was used to be given a maximum of 5 minutes. So, now instead of just focusing on meeting the required information on our website, the Nutria Company had to now focus on making sure the presentation was going to under 3 minutes which was going to be one of the most challenging tasks yet.
