Time to Focus

From the previous presentations the Nutria Company has given about Nutri-List. This time it wasn’t going to be the normal presentation. This is because for one, the time limit has been cut down almost half. The Nutria Company has already struggled at times with staying under the 5 minute mark, but now it has to be under 3 minutes. Although, the presentation doesn’t actually have to explain all the components of the website, Allen Vo, COO, wanted to give the audience a quick run through of the website. This would help make sure the audience was refreshed with the new additions of Nutri-List.

With this being said, the Nutria Company decided it was best to split up the time limit among the three members. 3 minutes divided by three members means that each member is limited to only 1 minute of speaking. The main objective of the upcoming presentation is to explain the data analysis with visual images as well as results. The visual images would be converted from the survey datas collected.

As a group, the Nutria Company agreed that Allen would be the one starting the introduction of the presentation as well as giving a quick runthrough of the entire website. Joel would have the responsibility of explaining the survey as well as the analysis of the graphs and results. Dominic was given the responsibility of explaining the Capstone timeline with the inclusion of the data analysis as well as the newly created FAQ page. If each member is able to explain their topics and ideas under a minute each, it is possible that the previous score earned would surely be broken.
