Recently on a survey taking trip, our company interviewed a substitute teacher who happened to be eating her lunch at the time of the survey. We entered her empty classroom and made conversation with her ultimately asking if she wanted to try out the Nutri-List app. After showing her how to sign in, she grew very fond of our product and made positive comments about the layout and organization. As she kept eating her egg salad, she began speaking about her dietary preferences, specifically the ones involving dairy products. She spoke about her bad experiences with milk and how she’s strayed away from it and substituted it out of her meals.
Very much intrigued on this topic of conversation, the director of public relations, Joel Monge, quickly commented on how this app could prove useful for people with similar preferences like her. Asking how, the director of technology, Dominic Anaeto, began explaining and demonstrating the mobile application’s ability to seamlessly provide recipes that substitute out dairy products. Ultimately, the substitute teacher, gave us feedback on how we could improve certain bugs and compatibility issues. Then finished by taking our survey. This interaction ended up being very insightful and beneficial towards our goal towards aiding ordinary people with dietary restrictions.
